Still Breathing

Do you believe that I am lost for you are not any more??Its true what you feel inside, and I will never find a shore.The Icy cold sea and the chilling wind has made me numb,And the sight of despair has made me dumb.My words will die in this sea of thirst, And before I let my heart open out to burst.Listen my dear wherever you are,I wish you are hearing my voice from very far.The Sun is down And the moon is high,I just want to bid you the final goodbye.With no land near I can never hope to survive,But I am now still alive.I can see the ships and they are retreating,And Just to let you know , I am still Breathing.

Death to Love

Death comes when your heart is broken, you may live to breathe and think that you are alive.
But you are mistaken


You crave for death when your heart is dead.
At that point of time what happens to your genius head??


You know how tough it is to live, 
when you have no love to give.


Right then a tune starts to play of your loved ones.
And in that turmoil you realize you were happy once.


You start to console and fool your heart,
Unfortunately by then its tore apart.


The rain of tears drop down your eyes,
Your conscience softly says 'just say these are lies'.


The bottle of whiskey is long over by then,
The last peg you had is in your veins.


Do you look for some sleeping pills or some poison then?
Don't you even feel that's insane?


She might be partying with her friends in some pub.
Think about it , I know you are not that dumb.


You are dead and you know that,
 But what if you meet someone better at last?


The memories of your kiss on the terrace under the bright moonlight.
I know that is making you weak and you are struggling to fight.


You lost her and so you want to end your life?
She hardly cares if you die, It is not justified.


She has moved on with someone else and she laughs at your state,
That's not destiny so write your own fate.


If you love is gone and you still wonder.
You will not rest in peace even six feet under.

A letter to my Sister

 

I remember the days when i was 9 and you were 10. We fought over silly things every now and then. Those days when mom and dad took us for weekends. And look how those beautiful days have changed. You used to wait at your school gate just to walk back  home with me. And see we have grown and how independent we could be. When we used to fight for a silly pen and a new school bag. And do you see that those days were without tag. And when dad used to give 20 rs a month that you saved and i always spent. And now doesn't those savings  feel insignificant. The nights you studied and i happily slept. Is there something that we have left? Lets get down to the memories when the guava tree was the only shade. Those memories have gone blunt but will that ever fade??

Beauty of nature, Beauty of mind,

Beauty of love, Beauty so kind,

Beauty of humanity, Beauty of God

Beauty of brotherhood, Its meaning so broad.

The beauty that strikes is not beauty at all,
coz Beauty is soothing and does not make one fall.

As empty spaces within my veins

I start with life and end with life,
 why is it that life stabs me with a rusty knife.

             The pain I take and the joy I give

             And is this what I achieve

Sometimes a man's life can be known just in few words, sometimes a whole autobiography fails.

Sometimes a little breeze blows away your emotions, sometimes a whole storm fails.

Sometimes not even knowing you are in track, sometimes knowingly you derail.

Sometimes the whole sea can't make your life rocking, sometimes just a drop makes your boat sail.

Its all the mystery of life,

UNDERDOG

No one likes me the way i am,

No one loves me the way i am.

people here search for a different man,

Who act's as a person who he is not

made up himself without thoughts.

They love this man with a different character,

Everyone here is an awesome actor.

All they need is an applause from the crowd,

that makes them feel very proud.

I never been in a world like this ,

The best of all I have always missed.

Sorrow and pain are my soul mates here,

I don't find love anywhere.

The way i am is without a mask,

the savior has sent me with a task.

I am happy to be different,

As i am not blown by the gloomy current.

For all my friends and all my foes,

This is how it goes,

"Love is Real ,Lovers are not

your mind is full and heart an empty slot.

Abstract Hope

                                                      I am not sad today,

                                                      perhaps i am Glad today.

                                                     

                                                     It's not that i lost something ,

                                                     It's that i got something .

                                                    

                                                    On a sheet of paper, you write a book,

                                                    and it's all your beauty how it looks.

                                                   No one to blame on, 

                                                   It's life , it goes on.

                                                  Care and Fear have opposite meanings,

                                                  that is how i am feeling .

                                                  And falls a stone from the heaven,

                                                  And i just be so craven.

                                                 It's just that the letters are present,

                                                 And perhaps looks like a crescent

                                                Half done and half achieved,
