Love Delusion

Late in the night she whispered into my ears, I dare to open my eyes.
The tricks she had were magical though rested on lies.

The breeze above my head became cold, the whiskey kept my body warm but my heart frozen as ice
There she stood to embrace me in her arms, I reached for her unaware of her disguise.

Her lips touched mine and I dissolved in love, an agony fell upon me that night, a tale I live this far
'Serendipity' I call that night, still left disguised, she taught me love and left me with a scar.

Since then till date I fear those lips and haunt her hymn that made me lure,
The tricks she knew I learned it fast,
her tricks were real to let you know,
I open my eyes and find myself faking love as disguised as her.

Lamentable Man

In the stranded hours of absolute emptiness, like in an eye of a cyclone,
he spent his nights erasing his memories of the day.
The only voice he remembers is of his own, so familiar yet so cold.
He made his days and  demolished them himself.

The resonance of solitude had uprooted the memories of his conclaves,
he was serendipitous, drugs, lust and she.
Addiction left him secluded but she never let him die in peace,
Today he stands audacious, a little balmy but strong.

I have seen the saints pass by but the curse still prevails.
last night on my windowpane, time stopped still for one last time,
I found this tearjerker so divine.
All it meant was love to him, and that took so much time.
He moved on and spared his life, at a place he moved where the sun never shone and the sky was red.
The valley of death was a stroll away, a bright light sparked in a beautiful smile,
he turned around to look back at her and wanted to stay.
In his naïve ignorance he was, as he wondered of those pretty lips,

"The glance that gave him life again and a lady he can't forgive."

Enigma

In the parody of darkness she was born, unaware of the necrocracy prevailing
Feared love to enter through the doors, a night when nightmare met reality
And cast its shadow, the de facto, Society.
Tears were the only trace of water left, heart was dried as a desert
Love! She yelled with all her gust and fear started to disappear.

Love was restored and fear was lost, society prevailed and she fell in love.
Blessed she felt for once it was, time passed by and she believed all to be real.
Houri, she was! The phantoms in the slash waited to unveil her. Her agony can be heard when you still pass.
What I see is a mirror of her desires, so onerous one dare to touch. She pulls me close and just strays me apart.

The beast seeked redressal, love vanquished every dark corner,
Love did not stop at one, she fell in love a hundred time so cruel that spared none.
What brought her close is what pulled her apart, pitying her life and helpless
Death! She yelled with all her gust but this time, her voice disappeared.

An Iridescent Woman

Way beyond the horizon she was born,
secluded, eluded but with wings of angels.
she lost her ways, mine were too stubborn,
The breeze she sent, touched me today,
A tale so eloquent, serene and filled with betrayals!

Feel her feet on the gates of heaven,
the tears of joy start to drip.
Bound in the cage her beauty avenges,
Standing far I watch and dream.

And when the sky falls apart ,
the pain vents out of her bosoms
The white satin on her skin so surreal,
unaware of the alchemy, her dignity
and serenity lay alive in the ashes.

I tried to conceal her wiles, and death stood numb,
The voices afar from the gates get closer.
They lifted her up and parted her soul, while she lay so dumb,
Her wrath was silenced and they could not carry her heart.

Disguised Friend

You feel you have conquered me and can empower your tyranny
I your slave and you put me in the grave
The good world you showed, was just an irony
Be afraid for now your slave is brave.

You gave me friends and you took them back
You read my mind and made the world feel pity
With the cadence of time, my memories you hijack
You drag me into your mundane affairs and make my sermons witty

You make me fall in love and then feel dejected
I see her go away and you open my way to her world
Just to get her glance, to you I get addicted
I know she is gone but I live in the same harold.

You are no ruler of lives for I create you
I retreat from her world and yours too
My love for her will stay with me like drops of dew
Goodbye to you my friend before you pull me into.

Last

Glimpses of the past and nightmares of the future, both have taken me away
The story that enlightens every dark corners stands away from me today.

The lovely old days and the present day turmoil, both are so significant,
All these dreams and hopes of joy has left me so indifferent.

The strength to fight and a spark to rise have disappeared in the deadly hallows,
the trail of failures and misery of defeat is what that always follows.

The prayer of joy and wings on fire is what this lost self pleads, the dying heart and rusted soul now seldom bleeds.

Come all and join me for the day of death is very near, lets travel the way together and make sure that our head is still held high and the world untouched by fear.

Change?

From the beginning of a day to the end of a month,
From beginning of a new year till the eve of a decade, what has changed?

We have grown but our thoughts have been chained.
Humanity declined and demons were acclaimed.
Love is dead and enmity is engraved.
Surrounded in an air of lust, feelings have gone to dust.
Development is just an irony and corruption is the real state.
In the last few days or a long decade we might have changed but the same society prevails.
Technology has narrowed our power to think broad.
Honesty has taken a toll and declared fraud.
Change? Change itself has never changed since inception.
We are still part of our own resurrection.
